I’ve created a shop and have about 8 or so designs so far.
I note that on product pages, an image of the design alone is used automatically.
Since creating designs and sharing my shop (to increase sales) I have spotted my design image twice on facebook. My shop is the only place these people could have got my design from - I haven’t put it anywhere else online.
Where do I stand? Are they allowed to use it freely like that? Do Spreadshirts not protect my designs in anyway?
