Design rejected

I submitted a design that later was removed by Spreadshirt with one word in red: ‘rejected’.
Surely there must be better ways to communicate with your users. Providing a reason for instance.

Hi Top _Teez

I received the same. They do kind of if you check the more link. It’s better to email them to find out.

I just wanted to check but when I log into your account I don’t see any designs. Do you by chance have another account. Or could you provide me some Design ID? Thanks!

I deleted all designs because I don’t want any of them rejected without being provided a reason. I will take them elsewhere. If a design is eligible for rejection Spreadshirt should already notify the user when (s)he is submitting the tags. Not for him or her to find out only later when (s)he returns to upload another one.

You should be given a clear reason. That’s why I suspect a bug and I would have liked to check it out and help you. So if you feel like being helped feel free to upload the designs again

I submitted the design that was rejected by Spreadshirt to an other site where users can create their own designs and it was accepted without a problem. This makes the rejection even stranger.

I’d like to help you but I can only do this if there are actually designs in your partner area that you are trying to publish

yeah i have receive a few of those notifications, one was for possible copyright and another was due to rights unaccounted for which i don’t get

and how come all my recent uploads, the marketplace is pending for preview??

There is a detailed information about this in the marketplace forums.

I find it strange that my Elvis design was rejected while there obviously is an other one that was approved.

If reviewing is unpredictable it is an adventure to submit anything, risking that the work to create a design may be invain.

Please get in touch with verify@spreadshirt.com. They will get back to you, and also please add the link you posted

Why not let them explain here in this forum for everyone to read? There seem to be more people with similar problems. It seems only fair for whoever is behind verify@spreadshirt.com to communicate transparently towards their user base, so that every user knows what the rules actually are.

Legal issues and copyright issues aren’t discussed in the forum. For all rules applying to your designs you can read up on https://help.spreadshop.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010420380-Reasons-for-Design-Rejection and https://help.spreadshop.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010528839-Legal-Guidelines-for-Designs-and-DMCA-Policy

As for why there are still these Elvis designs… I’m not sure. Best to just ask these colleagues, they are the experts!
