Design(s) keep being rejected

I have uploaded a handful of designs for my Chuck Chases The Facts topic in my store.
Trouble is, it goes up just fine and then the topic is deleted and design rejected.
I’ve met all the requirements … two other topics/logos have been fine.
It’s just with this ONE.

Please help.
