Google Analytics set up help

I’m trying to figure out if it’s possible to set up Google Analytics to track visits to my spreadshop. I found this old question regarding it:

Okay so I’ve searched google on how I can place my google analytics on my spreadshop but I only got 2 pages explaining how to do it which did not work out for me. So any ideas where I need to go my shop in order to set this up?

But I don’t think it’s relevant anymore. I don’t seem to see a Web Analytics section under Advanced. I also tried adding the tracking code via HTML to the header, but the script gets stripped out. Any help would be appreciated.

You can enter the code in the shop settings under Marketing->Web Analytics

Thanks! I didn’t think to look there.

Unfortunately the UI doesn’t want to take the ID, it seems like it’s too long. I guess I won’t be able to add this in at this point.

My id is formatted like UA-123456789-1 and it is accepted…
