Merchant Center - Microdata missing?

Hello Thomas!

I am facing a data problem (Not performing automatic item updates for price). I checked and unfortunately I did not find structured data, the data “Price and availability of the item was not found”.
The problem is that https://schema.org/ (microdata) is not installed or installed incorrectly on your site. Please correct the semantic markup of the pages on your site. What’s it click here About structured data markup for Merchant Center - Google Merchant Center Help

How to add semantic markup to the site click here Set up structured data for Merchant Center - Google Merchant Center Help

Schema.org microdata can be tested in the structured data validation service https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/.

Structural data guidelines can be found here https://developers.google.com/search/docs/guides/sd-policies?hl=en

Sincerely,
Denis

Hi Dennis!

can you please share the text, which appears when clicking on both error message’s question marks?
It seems, the alerts may be connected to your account (settings). Otherwise they would have been listed as Item or Feed Issues in the diagnostics section.

We haven’t changed the feed’s microdata recently. I also checked if there has been any similar feedback from partners that contacted our partner service agents.
So I would like to exclude problems on your account’s side first, before making this a developer request.

Can you please check your settings and re-fetch the feed?

After uploading your feed to the GMC I get several error messages, which can be easily explained. But I do not see the ones you are experiencing.

it says:
Missing Tax information - Correct, I have not set up tax informations, as I do not sell in the States where these rules apply. The error can be ignored.

URLs do not belong to your website - Correct, my business website and your feed URL do not match. This one can be ignored.

Missing Shipping Information - Correct, I have not set up shipping informations for the targeted country. This can be ignored.

Invalid Ads redirect - Correct. (see URL issue)

Did you make any changes to your version of the feed?
(btw: what is the screenshot about to show?)
