When I buy product from my own shop I am charged full price. My husband owns a shop and he is not charged full price. I would appreciate any help!
Did you make sure that you are logged in with the same user the shop belongs to on spreadshirt?
Also, I think the discount is only shown in the cart when checking out, not on the product page itself.
To purchase at the shop ownder rate, you must be logged in to your shop via the Partner Area and complete your order via the shop preview panel.
