Hi, I’m in the process of setting up my shop but when I upload my designs it shows extra space on the edges of the design in the preview area, does this mean the entire print area is not being used? If so, how do I use it so the designs will appear larger on the printed products? Does it help to only upload designs that are square? Thanks

You really want to remove any background to the side of your design.
You can also let me know which design is affected so I can have a look in your account

I have worked out it was a resolution issue so I am starting again
