We’ve got exciting news for your Shop! We recently invested millions in four state-of-the-art “Kornit Atlas” textile printers to provide you with a more outstanding end product. Read more about how this investment will pay off for you and your customers.
Maybe you’re not a printing-tech nerd, but you don’t have to be to be impressed by these new printers. Each one is the size of your bedroom and has all the bells and whistles. What does it do for you? It gets your customers into their new T-shirt faster and keeps that shirt looking better and lasting longer. It’s also the most eco-friendly printer on the market.
Shorter delivery times
We’re a print-on-demand provider, which means we print our products when we receive orders. However, our delivery and production times are competing with e-commerce providers who stock up their products and only need to ship them. The competition can be harsh—which is why it’s so important for us to process your Shop’s orders as quickly as possible and keep your customers coming back for more.
Kornit’s new top-of-the-range model helps us produce 30-40% more prints per hour compared to other models. This means that our products are finished and dispatched faster, which is absolutely vital for your customers’ satisfaction.
We’re already running four Atlas printers at our U.S. production sites in Henderson and Greensburg, and by November 2019 we’ll have another two up and running in Czech Republic. You can see the printers in action here:
Higher print quality
These technological monstrosities aren’t just speedy—the quality also sets the bar high. The Atlas printer uses novel ink pigments to create a dazzlingly intricate and varied color spectrum. This makes it possible to display any number of colors: a prerequisite for an unsurpassed wealth of detail on both light and dark garments. The special chemical mixture of the ink makes the prints more elastic and tear-resistant—so your products become more durable. Longer-lasting products and brighter prints make for very happy customers.
Sustainable and expandable
Another advantage of the special ink used by the Atlas is that it is absolutely non-toxic and 100% biodegradable. Since Kornit’s printing system works on a completely waterless basis, it is the most environmentally friendly digital printing solution on the market. These printers can also be used to process the upcoming additions to our product range, making the Atlas a clever investment in the future of your selling experience with Spreadshop. May you reap the benefits!

Are your four printers in the U.S.A. all at the two locations mentioned? How many printing cells are there in the U.S.A.? Thanks.
Indeed they are otherwise we wouldn’t have put this info in our blog 🙂
We just have these two production facilities in the United States if this is what you mean with printing cells? Or are you asking how many printers we have in total (A LOT) 😀
