Thanks for giving us a chance to respond to you regarding your problem with Spreadshirt.
Our production goal is shipping shirts within 24-48 hours. The range depends on the complexity of the design and our work load. Unfortunately, over the past week, we’ve gotten behind. We are actively working on getting caught up… including running a Saturday shift this weekend for example.
We need to figure out how to notifying customers of their status, and this is on our list for system enhancements.
I will have the Customer Service team contact you to talk to you further about your situation specifically. Please accept my apologies for your shirts missing your event. I hope that it went well… even though you were shirtless.

first aid squad
This site is about first aid squad.
I ordered 2 shirts from you on the 21st, thinking the “4 day shipping” would get them here by atleast the 26th. I just got an email saying that you shipped them on the 26th. They were for an event that takes place on the 27th. I and I’m sure other prospective customers would like to know that it can take up to 5 days to make a shirt.
I’m a designer trying to interest shop-owners to hopefully want to offer my ‘two hand’ design for sale in their own shops.
My thinking is (as basic spreadshop user) if i sell… “ten of my individually designed articles, we will provide you with five additional designs” to sell from own shop.
(this is how i’m trying to build my shop)
How do i get the word out to the shop owners? – is it via this blog?
