Hello, My user ID is a long number. I don’t know if this is because I didn’t choose an ID when I set up or because everyone’s ID is a number.
When I look at my marketplace showroom it shows the number there rather than a user name? Is it possible for me to change this?

In your partner area at the bottom left is an icon to go to the profile settings. Click this, then open “Account settings” and there you should see an option to change your username which is also displayed in your showroom.

Thank you. I had already changed my username months ago but it hadn’t filtered through to the showroom yet, possibly since I had just set it up and had previously only been using my own spreadshirt shop. It has switched over now. Thanks!
