Customize Tool in embedded shop

Hello everyone!

I just embedded my Spreadshirt shop to my website using the Spreadshop Wordpress plugin. Things seem pretty much in order but the Customize Tool is not working properly. It’s extremely narrow and impossible to work with. Is this a known problem?

Also I was reading on another topic about the EU and NA shops. I know I will have a customerbase in NA so does that mean I need to open another shop entirely for NA customers? And if so, do I need to do some location based checking on my website depending where the customer is coming so I know which shop to show them?

https://shop.spreadshirt.net/perkeleshop/ is the link to the same store in Spreadshirt.
