Design on the sleeve

Hello,
I need help because I can’t find how to place my design on the sleeve like in the picture below.

I created my two designs in height and width but when I select one, the design is not offered to me on the sleeves but only on the front or the back. My file is 162kb (704 X 4205).
I’m lost, if anyone can help me … thank you

Only vector designs can be printed on these sleeves!
