DPI 72, can i use it?

Hello

Is that 200 dpi mandatory? If i have transparent .png image size 3000x3000px, but its only 72 dpi, can i use it?

I ask because i have simple image with like this, but its only 72dpi

We strongly recommend 200dpi otherwise the printing quality might be affected by low quality designs!
