Hello- why are the invoices crushed or torn when the customer opens the package. I am a new shop owner and one of the feedback I have received so is that the invoice is received in horrible condition.
This doesn’t sound normal at all. Please ask your customer to send a picture to service@spreadshirt.com and my colleagues will make sure that he or she is satisfied with his/her order.
Customer said they tossed the invoice - it wasn’t very appealing to keep around.
Ok, well nontheless they should contact customer service - I’m sure a suitable solution will be found to make sure that your customers are satisfied
