I try to enter the FAQ page ( https://help.spreadshirt.com/hc/it ) but I have problems because I don’t load the page.

Even the FAQ page of the spreadshirt site does not charge me.
I tried with 3 browsers (firefox, Safari and Chrome), I tried to remove all the firewalls, I tried on my smartphone and on another computer … but nothing!
The loading wheel turns but the page does not load …
