It is a shop to compliment the site and not a site specifically for a shop.

All I can control is a page where I put the shortcode (the shop homepage) and I can add yoast metadata?
What about all the product pages? If I turn on the checkbox allowing spreadshop plugin to amend headers will it not affect the whole of my site? I use yoast and have my seo set up for my site but just want to be able to optimize my shop pages now?
