As the number of legitimate users and calls rise in an API environment, so does the number of illegitimate users. Our public API has increasingly fallen victim to deliberate malpractice recently. In order to ensure safety for yourself and your customers, we feel impelled to limit access to the API path in question. Effective Monday, 20 November, we will take precautions by limiting the API rate.
This is the path for which access will be limited: /api/v1/sessions
Rate limiting will happen automatically, which may restrain the functionality of some applications or scripts in exceptional cases.
To avail yourself of a whitelist option, please get in touch and kindly inform us about your Partner ID and the respective IP: cooperations@spreadshirt.net.
