I’m using the plugin on our site but it isn’t mobile-friendly… is there a fix for that?
Can you please let me know the link to your website so we can have a look? It should be mobile friendly but maybe it’s just a glitch in your shop integration 🙂
Hello — I have installed the spreadshop plug-in to my site and it looks great. However, I am having some sort of block from the shopping cart that is blocking my emails from my wordpress contact form. I have discussed this with my hosting site and their test emails were being blocked from the store cart. Who can I call with spreadshop to get help with this issue?
Hi Melody,
This is strange and we’re not sure that we can help but we’ll try. We just sent two test mails. Did you receive them? If not.. could you post the exact text that your hosting side has posted?
Thanks 🙂
Lena
I was using the plugin, then It gave an error message which crashed my whole site.
Hi Adrienne,
Sorry to hear this. This might have to do with our update 🙂
Did it help to reload the plugin? If you give me some more details, like your URL etc., then we can have a look to help you out.
Best,
Lena
I love this
Happ to hear – we love it as well 🙂
