It’s like Christmas in July… Due to a large increase in orders (just like Christmas time!) we’ve temporarily made certain products ‘out of stock.’
Why are there issues with production?
We’re currently receiving a high number of orders; the amount of orders is so large in fact that it’s similar to order intake around Christmas. Usually, for Christmas we hire and train new employees months in advance.
To give our North American production facilities a chance to catch up, we’re concentrating on the products we can produce quickly. Also, we’ve started hiring and training new employees. However, training new employees takes time.
Which products are affected?
The following products have been temporarily listed as out of stock for Shops on .com, .com.au, and .ca since April:
- All colored mugs (product IDs: 949,1134)
- All hats & bags that require laser transfer printing technique (product IDs: 129 ,803 ,1040 ,636 ,1445 ,1441 ,1430 ,1442 ,1157)
Likely, it will be a few weeks until we’re able to reactivate these products.
What should I do next?
As a Shop Owner, you can still create these products in the partner area, however, they’ll be listed as out-of-stock in your Shop. You can also temporarily deactivate these products in the partner area, this means that customers will not see the out of stock items in your Shop.
Make sure you’re not currently paying for marketing or advertising for any of the out of stock products, as they’re not available for purchase right now.
