How to Use Spreadshop: Sell Stickers for Free

Spreadshop is a free print-on-demand service that allows you to customize and sell hundreds of products.

But what’s print-on-demand and how does it work? Print-on-demand (POD) means orders are only printed when there’s demand - once an order is placed.

Print-on-demand gives you the flexibility to sell custom products with no upfront inventory or printing costs. Spreadshop takes of everything in-house: printing, shipping, fulfillment.

The best part? All orders are printed in the US, direct from our Las Vegas facility. It’s fast fulfillment and quality you can trust.

How Spreadshop Works:

1. Launch Your Free Storefront

There are no fees or upfront costs to open your own Spreadshop. All you need is a shop name and an email address to get started.

And your storefront is completely customizable! You decide how many designs you upload, what products you customize, and what your shop actually looks like.

2. Upload Your Designs

Our Customization Tool makes it easy to upload designs directly into your shop. We accept a variety of formats but recommend certain files and dimensions to achieve optimal print results.

Learn more about different file requirements for our printing methods.

3. Customize Your Products

With print-on-demand, there’s no limit to the amount of products you can sell. We have over 300 products in our assortment waiting to be customized.

We have a wide-range of classic apparel options from trusted brands like Bella + Canvas, Champion, and more. Spreadshop also has our own premium private label. These products are all organic and developed in-house.

4. Go LIVE

You can go live with your print-on-demand shop at any time. Start selling products instantly, or take time to build out your storefront.

If you’re not happy with a design or want to remove a product, you can unpublish them at anytime. This allows you to keep designs and inventory fresh for each season.

5. Promote Your Shop

When it comes to promoting your Spreadshop, we have a variety of marketing tools.

We run promotions every month you can use as incentives to encourage purchases from your shop. This includes offers like 30% off and discounts on larger purchases.

We also offer a variety of selling tools, free guides, and other incentives on our blog.

Stickers From Real Spreadshop Sellers

The one thing all best-selling stickers have in common? They have a niche.

A niche makes it easier to come up with designs and sell to the right audience.

Our Most Popular Niches

Pet Lovers: Some of our most successful sellers have made stickers using the likeness of their cat/dog. Mila the Chi and Melon n Finn have found unique ways to capitalize on this niche.

Arts and Crafts: There’s a really big audience for craft enthusiasts, whether they’re into crochet, sewing, or painting. Simple phrases like “crochet is my therapy” resonate most with this niche.

Music: There’s always a demand for music-related merch. Cater to lovers of different genres with insider phrases or make stickers for your own band.
