Our number one priority is the health and safety of our community, from our dedicated team working in our offices to our Shop owners and suppliers.

With this in mind, we can reassure you and your customers that Spreadshop remains operational and ready to serve. We are taking steps to ensure we can continue to meet the needs of our customers and partners in a secure and reliable manner. We have also implemented measures internally to ensure the safety of our employees.

Health & safety of our employees

Our employees are what make our company so great. From our headquarters to our factories we would like to share with you the steps we are taking to protect them and to do our part in preventing the spread of the virus. For starters, we are taking all steps recommended by public health officials, such as paying extra attention to hygiene and being mindful of even mild symptoms. We have had travel restrictions in place since March 3rd. This means we have cancelled any business-related travel and all events or large gatherings in our various offices throughout the world. These measures are updated frequently and assessed daily by management.

So, what does this mean for you?

The services we provide for you and your customers are not at risk. Diverse measures have been taken to safeguard the continuity of our core processes. For example, on-demand printing in our five production facilities worldwide will continue as long as local authorities allow. We have introduced new shift schedules with a time gap in between to reduce points of contact between employees and to have ensured proper ventilation in our facilities to prevent airborne transmission. Similar precautionary measures are in place for receiving and shipping. Drivers, for example, will unpack the whole truck before employees collect the goods from the ramps.

We all share a responsibility in reducing the impact of COVID-19. Spreadshop is embracing this responsibility and taking all necessary actions and precautions. We remain alert and ready to take further steps in light of any new developments.
