Introducing the New Product Creation Experience
We're making improvements to the way you create and publish products in Spreadshop. The new publishing experience is designed to help you create products faster, simplify the publishing process, and provide a foundation for future improvements across Spreadshop.
Publish Products Faster
The publishing process has been streamlined to reduce the number of steps and help you move from design to publication more efficiently.
Improved Product Selection
Finding the right product is now easier.
Browse products more intuitively and quickly filter by brand, colors, sizes, and product type.
Choose From Recommended Print Positions
Instead of manually positioning designs, you'll now choose from predefined print locations, including:
Front print
Back print
Pocket print
Sleeve print (where available)
These placement options are designed to:
Simplify the publishing process
Reduce positioning errors
Help achieve the best possible print quality
Generate Better Product Metadata
We’re introducing new AI capabilities to help you generate product meta titles and descriptions.
These suggestions can help improve your product's visibility in search engines while saving time during the publishing process.
Things to Know
1. Existing Multi-Design Products
At this time, creating new products with different designs on multiple print areas isn't supported in the new publishing experience.
Products you've already created with multiple designs on different print areas will remain unchanged.
We're continuing to improve the publishing workflow and will share communication when functionality becomes available.
2. Design Migration
Only published designs - designs that you’ve added to products and made available in your shop - will be migrated to the new publishing experience
Designs that have only been uploaded to your design library or are in “draft mode” will not be migrated.
If you wish to keep these designs, please download them at this time.
