How earnings work

Monitor all activity directly in your shop dashboard. Earnings appear automatically.

    1. Customer places order

    A product is purchased from your print-on-demand shop. Customize 300+ products.

    2. Sales appear in statistics

    Orders remain in Sales for 14 days to account for production, shipping, and potential cancellations.

    3. Order is sent to production

    Production is notified an order has been placed. It's printed and shipped from our U.S. facility.

    4. Earnings move to credit

    After 14 days, your earnings are moved to your Statistics tab under “Credit.”

    5. Monthly payout begins

    Once your balance reaches $10, earnings are paid out on the 15th working day of each month.

    Access with your username and password

    Once an order goes into production, it shows up as Credit.

When do you get paid?

Earnings are paid out monthly on the 15th working day of the month.

Once your balance reaches $10, payouts are sent automatically to your connected bank account or PayPal account.

FAQ

How long does it take to get paid with Spreadshop?

Spreadshop payouts are processed monthly on the 15th working day of the month.

Why are my earnings still showing up as Sales?

Earnings stay in the “Sales” section for 14 days after an order is placed.

This processing window allows time for production, shipping, and any potential order changes or cancellations.

What happens if a customer cancels an order?

If a customer cancels an order before it is finalized, the associated earnings may be removed from your pending Sales balance.

What payment methods are available?

You can receive payouts through:

  • PayPal

  • Connected bank account

To receive payouts, make sure your payment information is added and up to date in your account settings.

Is there a minimum payout threshold?

Yes. Your account balance must reach at least $10 before a payout is processed.

Can I track earnings in real time?

Yes. You can monitor your earnings directly from the Statistics tab in your Spreadshop dashboard.

Once a customer places an order, it appears in your account so you can track performance, earnings, and payouts.

Do I need inventory to make money with print on demand?

No. Spreadshop is print-on-demand, which means products are only produced after a customer places an order.

We store all inventory in-house, print products, and ship direct to your customer.
