Spreadshop Launches Shop for Peace

spread peace

Spreadshop is pledging to support freedom and peace in Ukraine with the launch of our official fundraising shop. 100% of profits from our Spreadpeace charity shop will be go to Caritas Internationalis, one of the world’s largest social service organizations. They are in the field in Ukraine to provide emergency assistance such as food, water, and other essential items.

As a print on-demand company, we firmly believe in freedom of expression and the power it has to empower, enrich, and bolster the global community. Clothing and accessories can be tools for change. We’ve seen an influx of shops made specifically to sell blue and yellow-themed designs that express solidarity with the people of Ukraine.

Our charity shop features designs that express feelings of freedom, peace, and hope. All proceeds will go directly to Caritas Internationalis. Caritas is one of the largest aid organizations in the world and has been active for many years. We are proud to partner up with Caritas and donate 100% of the proceeds from the shop to people in need. In doing so, everyone can make a donation through the purchase of a product and then further spread the message on t-shirts, stickers, and more – everywhere in the world.

Make and Sell Stickers

stickers for your spreadshop

Spreadshop makes it easy to make and sell stickers. You upload the designs, and we take care of everything else! These small merch items can help generate big sales for your shop.

Many of our shop owners sell stickers and find success. They’re an easy sell considering the price and personalization factor. You can put them on anything you want: notebooks, laptops, phone cases, etc. Stickers are a great way to connect creators to their audience!

Get inspiration for your own stickers by checking out designs from different shop owners, and learn why they’re beneficial for your brand.

stickers are an easy sell

When people are first purchasing from your shop, they might not go for the t-shirts or hoodies right away. Stickers are a great introduction to your brand and allow people to feel connected to you at a low cost. Whether you sell them through your shop or in-person, stickers are an easy way to build your brand.

If you’re a small business and have a table at a local conference or market, lay out stickers on your table that you can hand out to attendees. Giving out t-shirts is a bigger cost you might want to avoid at first. Having stickers still gets your name at there and acts as a physical reminder of your brand.

multipurpose merch

Your customers have the power of personalization when they buy stickers from your shop. They can do whatever they want with them! We love seeing the different ways people get creative with stickers.

You can stick them on your planner for daily motivation, or put them on tablet/tech cases. Creating a collage on your laptop is always a fun thing. That way, you know no one else’s laptop is going to look like yours. We also like the idea of adding them to on-the-go items. Put them on reusable water bottles or card holders; it’s bound to spark conversation when you’re out and about.

sticker design inspiration

Not to brag, but our shop owners have the best merch designs (and they look super cute in sticker form). You can do so much with stickers. Interpret your likeness in a fun, graphic style. Pat Lab from Netflix’s Making Fun is selling a wacky depiction of his workshop self. Trestles – an indie, surf rock band from Santa Cruz – made a hand-drawn sketch of their likeness for their merch.

You can never go wrong with simple graphics, though. Simone Studios turns her art into merch. She has designs that are perfect for the spring season. Her mushroom sticker is cure and trendy. Musicians and music enthusiasts will appreciate this corg-keys sticker from Miss April’s Music. We’re suckers for a good pun.

Making and selling stickers is easy and fun when you use Spreadshop. We can’t wait to see what you create! Open your own shop today. It’s FREE!

Order Deadlines: Gifts for Mom and Dad

Order Deadlines: Gifts for Mom and Dad

Kids— they grow up so fast. Before you know it, they’ve moved on from gifting their parents clumsily-glued construction paper projects for Mother’s and Father’s Day to more grown-up (if no less heartfelt) gifts. This spring, your Shop customers will be looking for meaningful gifts for their moms and dads. Will they find the perfect present in your Shop?

If you are already in the process of spring cleaning your Shop, you can use the space you free up for a few Mother’s and Father’s Day designs. Add your own personal touch and be creative—it’s not all bouquets and neckties.

Our tip: Promote your designs for these big days on Instagram and Facebook. After the order deadlines have passed, however, you should cut back on your advertising. Because we all know: disappointed parents are a force to be reckoned with.

International Creator Day: TubeBuddy + Spreadshop

Spreadshop is stoked to be the official merch partner for this year’s INTERNATIONAL CREATOR DAY on Saturday, April 23rd.

Some BIG names are coming out to celebrate with us, including MrBeast, Neekolul, Typical Gamer and Mr. Daniel Batal!!

Hosted by our good friends at TubeBuddy who love creators just as much as we do. The purpose of International Creator Day is to celebrate the digital/social creator community and to encourage people everywhere to recognize the impact content creators have made on the lives of so many.

We both truly believe that creators have the ability to change the world.

Their presence and content help people through hard times by providing comfort and a sense of community and belonging. They bring knowledge and education about a range of topics to people who may not otherwise have access to that type of information. And they provide entertainment and a mental escape during the times we need it most. The creator community makes an impact on so many lives and we feel like they are worth recognizing.

The live 8-hour live stream party will feature:

  • 1:1 or Panel Interviews
  • Creator Journey Stories
  • Live Performances
  • Games & Trivia
  • Special Announcements
  • Giveaways, Community Celebrations & Recognitions

In particular, Spreadshop is giving away a TON of custom merch, and a few 1-1 strategy sessions with our “TEAM AWESOME” experts. They are our internal group of merch design experts and strategists who have helped some of the world’s top creators win the merch game. Now they will be at your command!

Merch Designs for Spring

merch designs for spring

Celebrate spring by refreshing your shop with some spring-themed designs! We’ve got plenty of inspiration for those wanting to embrace the season.

Cute, pastel colored designs are a fun way to re-engage with your customers. People change their wardrobe every season, and that should apply to your Spreadshop, too! Design services like Canva have plenty of spring graphics and templates to help you make your spring designs.

See how fellow shop owners are using spring to spruce up their shop!

Spring Stickers

Spring Stickers

Stickers are a fun way to personalize your everyday items. It’s easy to style up notebooks, water bottles, and more. Even though spring designs might focus on certain colors or design elements, they look cute all-year round.

DG Apparel is proof of that. They have a bunch of fun, but simple designs in their shop. The butterfly flower sticker and honeycomb sticker are spring staples. They’ve taken identifiable spring elements and created something cute, yet classic.

mushroom designs

Fun with Fungi

Mushrooms are a major trend this spring. Major retailers like Urban Outfitters are making mushroom moves with jewelry and more. Merch is the next logical step.

Simone Studios has a bunch of cute designs in her shop for spring, and she creates them all herself! Her mushroom art is particularly unique. One of her designs titled Mr. Shroom features a monocle-wearing mushroom complete with mustache and top hat. The other simply called Mushrooms! Is a classic design that will look cute on all kinds of merch.

floral merch

Merch in Bloom

Florals for spring might be a bit cliche, but it never fails. Who doesn’t get excited when the flowers start to bloom? We love to see how shop owners interpret it with their merch.

Simone Studios also sells a sunflower sticker in her shop. Because it’s so simple, it will work with anything you want to put it on. That’s enough to brighten my day. Shannon Torrens brand is built on simple living. The minimalist Youtuber is expressing that with merch. Her live simply design is a reminder to take a bike ride (or a stroll) and smell the flowers.

We hope these shop owners inspired you to put your spin on spring designs for your merch. Get creative and bring attention back to your shop.
